We use Live Scan digital fingerprinting technology which allows us to submit fingerprints electronically to the RCMP and get rapid response. Results are sent via secure mail or email based on customer choosing. Only original IDs are accepted.

If you receive any request letter/ email/ instructions from the organization that required your fingerprints/background check, please provide them along the IDs.

Our offices are open 7 days a week, including Sundays. Sunday appointments are available by advance booking, while walk-ins are also welcome during regular business hours.
